who have trouble telling whether or not light female guppies, yellow and orange tail, are hard to tell whether or not she is pregnant or not.

Well, I have several gold bodied females and 3 of the four of them are extremely fat when pregnant and skinny when not. Its pretty easy for me to tell also when their gravid spot is not present because the area will be a gold color, instead of dark brown or black. The last one I can never tell because she is consistently the same but always drops fry.
