Angel Fish has spot on it

I have Angel Fish that has like a sore on it, which has a black like center and little white around it. Does anyone have an idea what this is, did he get beat up by another and loss some skin?

What size tank?
What other fish?
What are the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH of the tank?
It looks like a bite, scrape it ulcer in the pic. Could you get a clearer one?
I would say if you can keep infection from setting in with lots of clean water it should heal fine. You can add some salt to the tank to help also.
