Spoke too soon

Any guess to whats causing this, I turned my lighting way down now in low-med light range and fixed the CO2 issue, drop checker is at the same level as the plants and stay lime green (with 4dKH reference solution)

Update

So the star repens melted yet again and are coming back much slower this time. The AR mini has some stunted growth while all the other plants look good. Only algae that im still fitting is some GSA.
