Anyone know what causes this algae

almost looks like black beard algae from what i can see in the pic, and that is caused by in imbalance in fertilizers, Co2, and light.

how long do you leave the lights on, and do you dose/ inject co2, also what type of ferts do you use?

could also be diatoms, though its hard to tell with those pictures

Lights stay on about 6 hrs and I use propel and envy by aqua vitro and flourish by Seachem no co2
 
what type of lights do you use? how many watts?

it may be you have too much light and no Co2, allowing the BBA to out compete your plants for nutrients

also how big is this tank?
