That doesn't look like Aiptasia to me, but it's a little hard to see in that pic. I seem to always have an Aiptasia or two in my tank and they are out all day long.
Looks like a Corynactis or a Pseudocorynactis anemone. They stay relatively small, and are basically harmless, but will sting anything next to it, like any other Nem.

You are totally right!! Iam at week 2 of cycling my 14g nano reef.. I'm worried my ammonia will spike and kill this little dude.. Any idea how I go about keeping him??
