Anyone on here keeping gars?

Anyone on here keeping gars? I know they aren't technically gars but I got a 6”.that I'm keeping in my 100g. Just wondering what u guys are keeping with them. I have 4 pretty decent sized angels with me and nothing has happened yet. I feed him 1-2 feeders a day though

My LFS had a 2 or 2 1/2 foot gar. It was cool. It was also dangerous...

What kind of gar do you have? I've never kept one in aquaria since even the smallest ones get way too big for my tanks, I have kept pickerel though.

Never heard of that one, I had to google it. Looks like it's not a true gar, but looks like one. The best thing is it looks like it fits much better in aquaria, topping out around 10ish inches or so.
