Apthasia and zoanthus

Hi to everybody, i had lots of Aiptasia ( glass anemones) in my Zoanthus, so they were closed almost all the time. I killed all Aiptasia using lemon juice. Is this going to hurt my corals? I used 10ml of lemon juice.
