Will it be to much follow for a 5 gallon nano? I am modifying it into a HOB refugium .


5 gallon planted(1m/2f guppy and 2 ADFs)
10 gallon planted divided Betta(1 male and 1 female)

I am turning it into a refugium with some live rock rubble and Chaetomorpha and once its growing nice I am gonna put pods in it to supply a live food source. I had a 110 on my 280 I had and loved it.

You may have some dead spots with just the hob, which can lead to cyano issues. You may want to consider modding the prop on the ac50 and looking into one of the small korillia nano power heads (the 180 would probably be good)

Lol I think i'll be too strong. I got a Fluval C4 on my 20g, with is the same as the Aquaclear 70.

Maybe it can work.

I'm working with 3x240GPH Hydor nano on my 20g + the Fluval C4.

Just adjust the flow direction so it fits the corals requirment
