Only because I love to share my artwork, heres another one lol
This was all done in colored pencil and not fully for sure what it is but I call it a koicat

Butterfly_koi that's a great color pencil piece. I thinks it's kinda hard to use color pencils, I can't make um do what I want . I bet you could draw a flipping sweet betta. I've always wanted to see bettas drawn like people draw koi. Sssea, another great piece.

Lol yeah the assignment was to put together two things that shouldn't be together I chose a young girl representing innocence and a gas mask representing war and violence

Of course i know nothing about art, but #6 honestly looks like a picture that could be sold for millions of dollars. Haha its interesting to me, and looks great...but i am a rock when it comes to art. Lol

That's the magic of art. It's all in the eye of the beholder. Everyone gets their artistic license the second they pick up a pencil or brush and start creating. You don't have to know a thing!

Thanks! I have fun doodling and such. Haven't had time for oils in a while. They take an hour or two and I can't find the time with kids running around. Oils and little fingers are not a good idea. I felt bad for fussing at them when I was painting. They were just curious, and heck! It looked like fun! So I decided to stop painting until they are all in school and I have some peace and quiet! LOL!

Thanks! I have a set of prismacolor colored pencils. They are awesome. It took me 12 years to finally buy them. I was so excited!
