Looking back I remember that he didn't eat well for 4-5 days, then he came out of it and started acting normal again. Now after another 4-5 days of eating like a pig, I noticed it's stomach was sunkin, but was acting fine. Today I couldnt believe what i saw.....a hole, about the size of an eraser.:eek2:

any idea on what it is and how to treat?? He is in a 225 and will be tough to catch and will be hard to treat 225 gallons

Oh my... I would seperate him and get him in a q tank. I don't know what that is but It looks like he could get infected so I would get some antibiotics or something to prevent an infection... what happened to him?!

I dont have a clue as to what happened??? I have tried to catch him, but it is to easy to get away from me in the 225 without draining it.

I started mixing some neomyisin gel (I'm sure i mis spelled that) in with their food. Like i said other than the hole he is acting better than normal?? Eating like a pig

I have no idea what that is. I have absolutely no experience with anything remotely close. What I would do is dose pimafix and melafix for a week or so and see if the wound seems to heal some. Clean water is also a good idea. What part of ky are you in?

In Harrodsburg, i have seen you on here hundreds of times and never read where you were from. Duh...hey neighbor.

Melafix, why didnt i think of that??

Here are some more pix, part of me wants to get him out and pull what ever that is, out of him.
