Ballon ram with dot on fin

Best picture i couldve take.
I bought 2 of these and they are brand new to the tank, this fish and his specifically fin is moving way faster. I just noticed it and posted it here for some advice.

I have melafix and parasite remedy, water parameters are good, just temperature thats around 79 - 81

I have 2 of them and only one woth this issue and discoloration, idk if its male or female but the color of the one with the dot is bright white with a lot of blue and the other one looks like a garman blue ram.

Something I’ve noticed is they can get a white dot of tissue if the ray of the fin gets buckled I’m guessing. Usually centred right on the ray of the fin.

I have this exact same thing on one of my angelfish. At first i thought maybe ick, but no signs elsewhere. 6 or 7 weeks later no worse, no better. Not treated it, and i assume its just a cosmetic issue as delapool says.
