I've never seen any for sale, but I do know that barnacles are hard to keep alive in an aquarium. They are filter feeders and require a lot of food. I had a lot on my live rock when I got it and I think there may be one or two left (out of probably 100) after 2 months.

just my imagination speaking but would it be possible to put like 5 fish in a 20 gallon then a barnacle to "filter" thier mess? (if five fish is too much just one or two trigger fish would do)
once again this is just my imagination.

Barnacles don't filter detritus (fish poo), they eat phytoplankton and zooplankton and other microscopic critters. So that would likely not work.
