Been without power since friday

I have a 10 gal tank live rock yellowtail damsel feather duster and some inverts haven't been home in a day going today to check on tank and feed if it's still alive but what about water will it be ok to let the filter pickup where it left of or should I change water

I'd do a water change for sure!

Even if everyone's still living, there is little doubt that ammonia has spiked in absence of the filter running, and you're going to want to get those levels down as soon as you can. The population of your bacteria colonies will likely also have been negatively impacted, so be prepared to do a fish-in cycle once the power is back up.

I would do a water change each day to supply oxygen and try to keep temp down

Well so far I've lost 2 snails and 1 hermit crab feather duster is feel icky I can tell by the way its acting another day or 2 and I think it will die also so I'm pray for power soon
