If it were my tank it would be a BML (buildmyled.com) Dutch spectrum light with dimmer or an Ecoxotic E-Series. But if on a semi-budget, a Finnex Planted+ would do well.

I agree with Brian, but it totally depends on what kind of tank you're setting up.
Be more specific. Do you think you'll be using pressurized co2? How much light are you looking for.
