Betta diet

Hi

What do bettas like to eat? I don't know what he was being fed on before I bought him but. I spits flakes out and brine shrimp flakes out.

Also is water movement a must I've heard they don't like it.

You can just buy betta pellets, it should eat them, not flakes. And bettas do not like water current and prefer more still water rather than moving water

Tropical fish food, betta, food, they eat almost anything.... My GF betta eat dryed worms

Here's what I feed my bettas; New Life Spectrum pellets, Omega One Flakes, Repashy Superfood Meat Pie and Community Blends, Frozen Brine SHrimp, Frozen Blood Worms, Frozen Mysis Shrimp and live blackworms. My LFS sells the blackworms in little cups. All my fish love them! Gotta keep them in the fridge though. I thaw all the frozen stuff except the Repashy.
