As a quick aside here. I found a post somewhere that gave an easy solution to removing that false floor in the first chamber..I imagine this will work for all BioCubes.
Grab a wire coathanger....using pliers, bend the hook (you have to make it farily narrow to get between the grids on the floor) then stretch out the hanger (if no one has ever done this, pull on the bottom straight edge of the hanger). I used a flat head screwdriver to widen one of the gaps in the floor grid then inserted the hook of the clothes hanger. Rotate the hangar 90 degrees or so then pull. I had to give it a little bit of a jerk to get it to break free but it popped right out.
