black molly problem

I have a 30 gal tank with 2 female black mollies and a cory catfish...my problem is one of my mollies keeps getting whitish spots on her. I take her out for a day or two and they go away. But not long after putting her back in the tank she gets them again. Any idea what this could be? Haven't noticed the other molly attacking her, and if it was ick it wouldn't go away...I don't know what it could be.

Ich looks like tiny white spots on the body and fins of the fish. This is a common disease of fish, and if the fish are treated immediately, you can usually cure ich and avoid more serious stress and disease

It isn't ich....been there done that.
