Blue Emperor Tetra

I was wondering if anybody out there has had experience with Blue Emperor Tetras (aka Purple Emperor Tetra... Inpaichthys kerri).

I'm considering a shoal of these in my 20 high and was wondering about their activity level, tank level preference, sensitivity to ammonia/nitrite/nitrate, and any nipping issues with other species. The info on them out there is a little limited.

I kept kerris several years ago.
They do stay smaller then regular Emperors.
Seemed rather undemanding,but was in my 180 community tank so hard to call out any specifics.
They weren't trouble makers or too shy if I remember correctly.
IMO they didn't color up as much as I thought they would.

OK, thanks for the info. I've read elsewhere that their coloring was less than expected.
