I was looking at my tank under the moonlights and noticed the back class was covered in what looked like knats. i turned a light in the room on so i could see them better and they stick to the glass like a snail does. I have never seen them before and was just wondering what they were. anyone know?

I dont think so, i also have pods, at least i used to, and they didnt look anything like them, unless they were some other kind.

There are different types of pods but, they wouldn't hang on the glass like a snail. Maybe they are Stomatella varia. They are snails that look kinda flat. Great algae and detrius eaters. The only other thing I can think of that would look snail like on the glass would be flat worms.
