bumble bee goby

what do you feed your bumblebee goby and how do you feed it? thanks!

Frozen bloodworms, brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, and emerald entree. I give them flake atleast once a week..trying to get them used to that more. When I got them they wouldn't accept it at all, but they are starting to nibble now. I just drop it right in like I would for most fish.
