Can I add a Severum?

Looking to add final fish. I love the looks of the red severums. Currently I have a 75 gallon. Current stock is 21 tiger barbs, 10 Corys , 1 rainbow shark and 1 blood red parrot. I have a ac110 and ac70 filter and do weekly 40-50% water changes. I would love to add the severum to complete my setup. Would this work with current stock? Or would I be overstocked?
