How often should I change my carbon filters? I have 2 in my 75 litre tank.

I never use carbon. IMO, the only thing it's good for is to remove meds after any kind of treatment.

Hello ex...

Just change half the tank water every week and you won't need to use it. The water change will take the place of the carbon medium.

Use Seachem Purigen in lieu of carbon .... people (especially on this forum) who use it swear by it. It works miracles, lasts longer and in the long run is cheaper than those 30 day carbon changes.

I run matrix carbon, change it monthly, but it will depend on your bioload really
