Centipede Like worms coming out of live rock

When i feed formula one flakes, the gys come out of the base of my live rock. small orange worms that look like centipedes. what are these?

With out pictures or better discription this is purely guess ,Is it pink with fuzzy looking legs ? I say bristle worms good ditrivor

Sound's like it could be a Hermodice carunculata which you would not want if it's a reef tank.

Can you get a photo?

I looks like the Caruncle Worm. these guys are very very small. quite a few other organisms growing too.

with a feather duster this small ---((

If it's many, I'd say bristleworms and not much to worry about.

I just found one also. Dont have access to a pic at the moment, but can get one later if the description is not enough.

It is 1.5 inches long, both tips are orange and the middle is grayish. It looks like it has hair down its back.
