Chocolate chips Seastar Loosing her "chips"

Hi guys,

I have a problem with my starfish, she is currently loosing her "chips"?
I was wondering if she was shedding or if she was simply sick.
If anybody has a clue could you let me know...
Also if anyone knows a good website to check out how they reproduce and live , I would appreciate it.

I am kind of worried.

PS: I checked my water parameters and everything looks fine.

Can you give us the water peramiters and also describe how you acclomated the starfish.

Is this a fish only tank? Choco stars are not known for beeing overly reef friendly.
