Cloudy eye??

Hey, been away on holidays for 3 days and I have come back to notice that one of my red peacock cichlids has got a cloudy eye with what looks like a scratch in it? Any ideas? Want to fix him up but not sure how or what has caused it?

it could be just some aggression from other fish that caused an injury .... wait a day or two and if it looks like it is getting worse you might want to seperate the fish from the rest and treat with a fungus tabs and give it a few days if that dont work you might want to try metronizole . the jungle fugus tabs for external parasites and the metronizole for internal parasites...
