Clown trigger has few white spots on fins

I have been dosing the tank with Paragard the same thing happened to my Empress snapper a couple months ago and the Paragard fixed him up and now he's good is there any recommendations of how long I should use it for or if I should do any water changes during the treatment the clown trigger is is eating and acting as normal and I've been dosing it for the last 3 to 4 days and he seems to be getting better
