well you start with a couple bubbles per sec and you work your way up. just depends on how much plants you have using the co2 plus how much surface agitation gassing it off and how well you diffuse the co2.
 
I'd start with 2-4bps and work your way up like gamer said. Keep an eye on the fish in the mornings to see if they are gasping. Ideally you would want a drop checker with 4dkh solution to be able to get a quick visual indication of how much co2 is in your tank.

I am useing a modifide calsium reactor with bio ball and a pressure pump pulling the water from the tank and mixing in reactor my bubble counter is on regulator
 
order me a co2 defuser to day calsium recator would not work i need to start taking pic ihave started putting fish in my daughter wants a native so we know have bule gill
