I have a 90g and lots of light, and lots of plants, but no co2, i am being told I need co2. my problem it that with i don't what to shell out the cash right now, Could one of those fizz factory systems could help?

CO2 fizz factory probably won't even raise CO2 levels enough to see a difference in a test kit. You'd have to use so much that a pressurized system would start to seem pretty cheap.
There's no real alternative to pressurized when you hit tank sizes over 55gallons...and even then, DIY is a hassle after a 20gallon tank.

I woudl think with 90 gallons a DIY isnt going to make much of a difference (from what I have read, I am a newbie). I have a 55, where does that put me if I wanted CO2? Will DIY just not cut it? I want Riccia groundcover.
