I have a Coral Beauty in my QT. I've had him in there for about a week. He is eating fine and all that and Water levels are fine but He has on slightly enlarged eye. It's not cloudy or anything so i'm not sure if it's pop eye? How and Should I treat him? What products to use?

Popeye affects both eyes. if its one, usually thats an injury.
The best thing you can do is keep pristine water quality. It may clear up on its own.
In qt you can ad 1 tbsp of epsom salt to help with the inflammation. it is doesn't clear up in week, then you could run some antibiotics.

how offten to add the epsom salt? Do I add the 1 tbsp dos to a 10gal tank? What are the antiboitcs you are reffering too? Thanks.

Yes to the dosage and keep up with the daily water change. What I did was redose with a half dose every 3 days.
Wait on the antibiotics though. The epsom salt should do the trick. Antibiotics can kill your biofilter and should be a last resort.
