What kind of coral is it? I bought it and the person that sold me it said it was a bubble anemone? Is he right?

Definitely an anemone, but I'd agree with Sebae rather than bubble tip. Stated to be harder to keep, but when anemones require pristine water, high light, and high flow I'm not sure where the difficulty would lie personally. Just don't expect it to stay on the rock it came in on, it'll find its own home.

I would go with sebae over bubble tip for sure. Difficult to keep, can sting corals and eat small fish. Most people feed daily meaty foods unlike their bubble tip friends. Loads of light too... just so you know, anemones are not corals ;)

I'm not exactly positive you need to feed sebae's. They will take food, but it might not be necessary. I've never heard those who have kept them feed them myself.
