cory cats in 36g

Hi all. I did the aqadvisor.com for my stocking but I cant help but notice mh water isnt getting clear again. Tank has been cycled and stocked with 6 albino cory cats,1 dwarf gourami, 3 male guppies, 5 flame tetras, 2 amazon swords. Its a light non clear looking color... not sure how to describe it, but im wondering if its my algae flakes or too many cory cats or something else. I do my 20% weekly water changes, changed the filter, cleaned the physical filter minus bio pieces.. not sure what else to do.

Its a 36g bow btw not long.. thinking of getting a 20g long soon.. I want to move my 4 cory cats out of my 10g
