Crayfish

I have a white crayfish that did the same thing. She was mated with a blue crayfish. I was wondering the same. What is the best way to separate the white one with eggs. I have 110 gallon tank with many fish.
Hope to get a response as to best way to prevent crayfish from being eaten

We are cutting a piece of plexiglass to separate the white crayfish from the rest of the fish and the blue crayfish(male) so not to disturb her and the nest she formed with the rocks. Once they are hatched we will remove the remake and see how many little ones we can get to survive. I really don't want to disturb her with the eggs since I really haven't gotten any feedback. Thank you for asking.
