Creepy crawlers in the skimmer

I went to empty the skimmer and when I dumped it in the bathroom sink (thank god the wife didn't see) there were "bugs" crawling all over the sink!!

It was strange to see. At first I thought it just built up gunk until they started moving. I turned the water on and down they went.

Copepods? Something else?

If they had eyes large enough to see well, then they were probably isopods, much larger than copepods:

Looks like them only they were black. Creepy looking things!!

You can send your "Bugs" to me. My Psychedelic Dragonet eats them. That's all he eats

It's crazy. I did a water change tonight and they were everywhere! In the filter floss, skimmer cup in all 3 chambers. I guess this is good?

Yes. Not unusual in a healthy tank. Buy a Dragonet if u have a large population. They r interesting as well as beautiful
