What does cycled mean
My tank isnt cycled?

Simply, cycled means you have an established set of good/nitrifying bacteria to consume your ammonia & nitrite and keep them at zero. 'Cycling' is the process of establishing your good bacteria. Not cycled means your tank has not established its nitrifying bacteria yet. Is this what you are asking?
