I'm in need of some feedback here. This morning I discovered that one of my moors, Tweedle Dee, had ruptured his eye. Needless to say I'm upset. He had some of the biggest eyes going. I have no idea what he could have hurt himself on as I am paranoid about keeping my tanks safe.
Other than watch for signs of infection, I'm thinking the only thing I'll do is move him in the tank with my one-eyed fantail, Jack. It's a smaller tank, but a quieter one. (It would probably only be Dee and Jack in the tank.) With only the two of them in the tank they shouldn't have to deal with other, perhaps more hyper fish.
Anyone have any thoughts or cautions I should be aware of
