Ok so this morning I looked in my tank and everything was pretty normal. An hour later I went back and found my algae eater sucking inside my gold mystery snail's shell, and the snail body just lying on the gravel (outside of the shell :/ it was a horrid site by the way and it didn't smell too good either). I quickly removed the snail body and the shell. Will this death harm my other fish? Will my algae eater be OK? I just did a water test on Friday and all of the parameters were fine so I don't know what the cause of my snail's death was
I put a little water conditioner in too..
