Diffusor Cleaning

Hey all, I have had my ceramic diffuser for a couple weeks. It has a growth of slime on it now that makes diffusing harder. Anybody know the best method for cleaning it?

Overnight in a bleach dilution seems to be the preferred method. I would look up the dilution, although you'll probably find a number of recipes.
