I had a similar problem. I had 5 damsels in my 110 for about a 5-6 weeks and a day after I switched from my 2 whisper filters to a wet/dry sump they were all dead?? I restarted and now everything has been fine since then?

sorry for your loss...maybe the powerhead kicked up some nitrites or something and spread around some ammonia...i dunno what to tell u, but hopefully ur next round of fish will go well...try some of that tropical science nitromax stuff....it works really well

Maybe some contaminate on the PH? Was it new? Used? do you know where it had been?

It was new from the LFS. Didn't look used. I got my water tested and the nitrite and nitrate were SKY HIGH! I was told to do a water change and keep testing weekly. How else can I reduce the levels? I have one damsel in the tank still, I don't know how he's surviving.
