Discus in a 75 gallon tank

I am starting up a new 75gal tank with just discus, it'll be my first time keeping discus and I'm wondering how many I should keep and what the male to female ratio should be?

The general rule is 10G per discus although some claim 15G is better.

No idea on the male~female though sorry.

Okay well I'm not going to have that many Haha I was thinking maybe 4 or so

5-7 discus with a ratio of at least 2 females to every male.
