what is the best homemade FW plant fertilizer?
what i mean is, what is the best recipe and where can i get the ingredients?

I recently started the PPS Pro regimen. I found a recipe using Google and I got the dry ferts from aquariumfertilizer.com

oh okay cause im thinking of starting a 10 gallon just to grow plants
i want to pretty much "steroid" grow the plants (if that makes sence) before i put them in my 98 gallon
cause its easier to grow in the 10 gallon
the only problem is that flant food like flourish is expensive
i found some recipie on google that calls for:
  • 61 g (11 teaspoons) Potassium nitrate (KNO3) - "Stump remover" (Source of "N", and "K")
  • 5.2 g (1 teaspoons) Potassium monophosphate (KP04) - "Fleet enema" (Source of "K" and "P")
  • 10.8 g (2 teaspoons) Magnesium sulphate - (MgSO4) - "Epsom salts" (Source of "Mg")
  • 1.8 g (0.3 or 1/3 teaspoon) Potassium sulphate (KSO4) - (Source of "K")
with all this mixed in a 2 liter bottle
but would this work?
i can easily get all the ingrediants and its cheep but i dont want it to kill my plants

The chemicals look right, but I question the ratios. Google PPS Pro and Estimative Index.
