My biggest shrimp curves it back up and it legs r touching its tail

Ghost shrimp are pretty simple. It's pretty obvious when they're dead so until then it's all good so I wouldn't worry.
 
It's cleaning its tail looking for algae to eat, it's perfectly normal.. When they are dead they will be all white..

I have one and it kinda white but moves fine t like the others
