Does this stocking plan sound about right for a 29g tank?

Oto's would be a great choice. Just wait until the tank is well established, about 6 months is best. You want to add atleast 3 of them OR get a dwarf pleco such as the clown pleco.

Yeah like pond huge... I've not found anything really yet.. Prolly have to get some little catfish
