LOL...sure. My latest was a packet of frozen Cyclo-peeze, and about a baseball sized amount each of:
fresh clam
squid (tubes and tentacles)
haddock
shrimp (de-shelled)
and scallops

That's pretty much the same mix I do for my bamboo shark. He loves it.

So do you guys just mix all that up and then feed using portions for your tank?

Put it in a plastic ziplock bag, then flatten it out and freeze. Break off pieces when you need them.

Sweet! I rotate between krill, mysis, and pellets. I feed live as a treat as I have tangs. Oh and nori every other day

I'm thinking I may try this method and change it up a bit. Plus it will make my life easier that's for sure. Thx guys

New pictures to show that sps can actually be colorful under straight blue/white LED fixtures.

And here is a colony of the same coral that's been under the colored LEDs for a few weeks-

And this little hitch hiker is on my lobo colony. It seems to have irritated it to the point of recession. It's a little smaller than the diameter of a pencil right now. Any ideas?

Those pictures alone sold me. Guess I'm going taotronics! Looking great X

I'm referring to the greenish polypy thing that's dead center of the large polyps. You can see that the lobo flesh has receded so not to touch it.

Well Doug, I think it is neomeris annulata. Macro algae. Hopefully I'm focusing on the right thing.

Hope the plowing goes well, this side of the state hasn't got anything major.

I have the same hitchhiker, hope you find out what it is. Mine hasn't grown or killed anything so I'm just keeping it or now.

He's talking about the small purple circle polyp in between the coral. It almost looks like a new polyp of the coral, but I don't think it is.
