Dwarf puffer questions

I have a 10 gallon tank and one of my stocking options would potentially be 2-3 dwarf puffers.

Does anyone have experience with them?

I intend to get java moss for the bottom, maybe 2-3 more anubias plants, and some floating plant matter. I haven't decided whether or not to use wisteria or salvinia minima

I currently have about 10lbs of gravel on the bottom. Any suggestions?

Add a lot more hidey holes. 2 puffers would be better than three
