Do you think an eel and a lionfish will get along together in a 55 gal tank?

What should I NOT put in there with them?

Can i have other fish in there along with them?

I don't have any experience with this but I want to do the same thing. Liveaquaria seems to think you can put a dwarf lion and a snowflake eel in a 55 and they should be compatable. You could also do a saddle puffer. As I said above I have no experience with any of these but I do know with an eel a tight lid is a must and with any of these a CUC can be a nice snack. Shrimp and crabs are out of the question.

I'm not sure about this one but I was thinking an urchin might be a good option for the CUC. I don't know what would eat that.

Not in such a small tank, simply not enough room for all 3. You would be housing the smaller of the lionfish and the smallest of the eels, no puffer to my knowledge will fit into a 55. Look into a snowflake eel, as it is the only that can fit into a 55, and a dwarf or fuzzy dwarf lionfish.
