I have some feeder comets in a tropical community tank. How do you think they will do

Not worth a flip.

Comets are not tropical fish.

And what size is this tank, and how many comets are in there, please?

Welcome to AA! Unfortunately most 'feeder fish' are gold fish of some breed and are not suited for warmer community/tropical tanks. As you may or may not know, goldfish are cooler/cold water fish.

It is a 29 gallon tank with 1 bala shark, 5 zebra danios, 4 gold barbs, 1 gourami, and 1 sucker fish

You are already WAAAY overstocked. The bala shark, maybe the gourami, and probably the sucker fish(I'm assuming a pleco) need larger tanks.

Balas do grow crazy slow ive had one for about 6 months in a 55 and as of about a month ago a 120 and i really have not seen much growth at all ...idk if its because its lonely or what
