Get a plastic cup and fill like a fourth of the way up with water from the tank. Dump a cube in and get like a disposable pipette and mix it up until its dissolved. Squirt in a small amount at a time and wait for them to eat it all before you squirt in more.
Personally, I think brine shrimp is too small for most adult sized fish. None of mine even recognize it. I would go with blood worms or some other type of frozen foods.
We have a cup that we put a little tank water in. Then we dump the cube in and let it sit until it becomes room temp. We take a turkey baster and squirt the shrimp in right next to the fish. They actually come up to the baster when they see it go in the tank now.
