Female bettas

Does anyone have a female betta tank? I would like to do this in the future. I know that you have to put more than three in a tank and put them in at the same time. But how are the nipping fits and how long do they last?

5 is a good number. Mine stopped nipping at around two weeks. Mine are

What size tank for 5? Would 10 gal be good or would a 20 gal be better?

I suggest a 20g long.

How bad was the nipping? If they get injuries from it do you treat them with meds or anything?

It really wasn't that bad, just a few rips in their fins, I didn't treat with anything.
