What does everyone think of my stocking in my tank? Also do you think if I added 2 discus it would b over stocked and why.

You need 5-6 discus at least for them to thrive as they are schoolers IMO
Also they dislike fast moving fish as it startles them
If you want discus you should build your stock around them not just add them in
