I am not sure if this has been asked before, I looked at discussions about copepods and amphipods, but the little creatures I have noticed on my fishtank glass are not looking anything like the photos I have seen, some have like two little oval parts attached to one-another and some are like only one of these little ovals, and half in size, both way too small even for the magnifying glass to be seen properly, I can figure it out for myself that they came from the live sand or the live rock, I have a few red hermit crabs, a few normal ones, 2 peppermint shrimps, mushrooms anemones, 2 clownfishes, feather dusters, soft corals, mushrooms, and some caulerpa algae.
Before I panic, is there anything in my tank that will benefit from them or I need to buy an angelfish or some seahorses ?
